Favourite emo band, Rock and POp?

Well, emo has actually come in three waves. The first wave started with the band Rites of Spring. As it progressed into the 90's, it took on a much better sound in the second wave with bands like Weezer, Jimmy Eat World, Jawbreaker, and Sunny Day Real Estate. I would like to point out that all the bands I've listed so far I like. This third wave just annoys the hell out of me with these new bands like The All-American Rejects, MCR, Fall Out Boy, and Paramore. They suck.
