Very odd coloring.. nautrally Blonde hair hazel green eyes dark brown eyebrows.. going lighter good idea?

Im Lebanese backround i have light olive to fair skin and hazel green eyes and atm black hair, as a child i had light golden blonde hair..As i got older my features on my faces (eyebrows eyelashes) got darker (there dark brown) so ive been dying my hair dark brown for the last 10 yrs so my hair looks nautral I have been lighter prevoiusly and i get lots of mixed reactions some love it some hate it and i find my self getting paranoid about it because of all the unwanted attention and dye it black again.. So id like to know what every one else thinks.. is it odd to have naturally light hair and dark eyebrows ?
