Any good duck-based meal ideas for, well, impressing my girlfreind?

Duck is not the easiest fowl to prepare properly and tastefully. I would go to the market and look for a duck only in the freezer section. The instructions are there, follow them and serve with a sweet fruit sauce... maybe blackberry? Check recipes.
