Should I go to the hospital? I think I have bonchitis.?

I have no insuance, and the county that I live in povides NO sliding scale help. I am choking after coughing, having poblems breathing if I take a deep breath and it hurts severely. I have had bronchitis before- and this is what it felt like, o possibly a respatoy infection.
