My leopard gecko just died wat was the reason?

Im sorry for your loss. He probably had parasites which would be why he lost the weight, and the problem with the mouth was probably mouth rot. The weight loss also is a sign of "crypto" which the leo looks like it "whithers away". Next time bring your leo to the vet right when you see the first signs whatever they may be.
