Is there anything wrong with my Wii?

I bought a new game like 5 or so days ago and every time i play it,whenever the game spins in the Wii,it makes a sort of like...skidding noise i guess? (its hard to explain it). and the disk turns very loudly.is this normal or should i play it less often or like..because i just bought it practically...
