Bottle rot on a three year old - how much damage is he doing to his teeth?

Yes, his teeth will be screwed up..but more important, ask your aunt if she really wants her kid teased and made fun of by the other kids.. Because guess what...he will be... Another thing is that pre schools won't even take him till he's potty trained. 3 years old with a bottle and a pacifier is absurd. (mom of five)
