Anyone using fibre optic internet.?

Just upgraded to fibre optic internet... 16Mbps / 1Mbps with sympatico :-( with all the talk of bell doing bandwidth shaping during peek hours, not really sure if i wanna stay on board tho lol thought i would get higher upload speeds going from from 5Mbps / 80kB/s multiple downloads are wicked fast tho :-)
