that is a good idea...you can also write about how when he was singing the words to the song incorrectly and how he perceived the song as him catching the children and saving them from the horrors of becoming an adult. this shows that Holden is oblivious to /adult situations because the song is about two lovers having casual in the rye field. Holden is so confused and grossed about that he doesn't realize the song's true meaning. it is also ironic that he is saying how he wants to keep the children from being exposed to the perverted 'phonies' that are adults.

Granted it is MTV; a channel that caters primarily to tweens and people who have an intellect under 40. It still really grates on me that a movie that sucked so bad (yes I've seen it AND watched it objectively) beat out the Academy Award winner for best movie.

Carbon Footprint?

That's called a lifecyle essment, and well done for thinking about it. The container is made from recycled plastic itself and is supposed to be used permanently - meaning there is no recycle/discarding stage in its life. So, the real question is how much environmental damage e.g. pollution did it take to make it to your house? I am not sure about that, but if you found out you could reduce your carbon emissions in other areas to compensate for the stages from its initial production to delivery on your doorstep.

Okay so I'm 13 and I've known this girl for maybe a 1month and a half- 2 months. I think I love her lol. You prolly think I'm to young to understand what love is or I'm to young to have a gf blah blah. Well when I look at her everything else melts away. My heart beats faster, and erflies get in my stomach. Oh btw she's 15 and I know that's a pretty big age difference right now. So I see her at church every Sunday. And about 2 weeks ago she gave me her phone number. I didn't ask for it. She said if I ever wanted to talk just call or text her. So I do everyday and she's so sweet and cute and funny and cool lol. I've told her she was beautiful (online. I couldn't tell her in person cause her friends were around her and I was to shy to say anything.). We talk on the phone sometimes and most of the time she has her friends over which is cool. She also invites me to places to hang out with her and her friends and I explain to her that I don't have a ride and I can't ride my bike cause there's this really bad part of town I'd go through. I've told her that she was sweet and pretty and smart over a text cause that's how we were talking and she said "thanks your a good friend" and I thought that my chances to get with her ended up to be one-in a-infinity. Maybe I took it the wrong way, idk. I really like her though. Oh and when were at church she invites me to sit with her and her friends so I do and I sit next to her which makes me happy lol.
